  1. Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible value by offering high quality products at competitive prices; however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that the following conditions are met:

a. In case of non-defective products:

  • The returned product, all packaging materials, accessories, and product literature (if any) are returned in their new, original condition.
  • Prior to shipping back the merchandise, you will contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RA).
  • The returned products are carefully packaged and protected, preferably in their original outside box with original cushioning materials protecting the item(s).

Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Vivo Planet Corporation will promptly inspect the item(s), and if the above conditions are met, issue a refund less the cost of shipping or exchange the item(s) if that is the client’s preference. In case of returns of non-defective products, purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. In case of exchanges, purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways (if free shipping was offered at the time of purchase, the actual shipping charge incurred by Vivo Planet will be subtracted from the refund amount) on the exchanged products and for shipping costs of the replacement product according to the then current offer published on, which may but do not have to be free at the time of the exchange.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If there are any quality issues after the 14-day period from purchase date you are covered by the Standard Manufacturer’s Limited 1 Year Warranty; in rare cases, when any problem arises, please contact the manufacturer directly.

b. Defective on Arrival (excluding physical damage):

  • All of the above conditions listed in #1a are met and you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

Upon receiving the returned defective merchandise, Vivo Planet Corporation will promptly inspect the item(s) and exchange the merchandise for the same product(s) or issue a refund for the full purchase price including the cost of return shipping, provided that the purchaser obtains the RA number and uses a common carrier and class of shipping service exactly as directed by Vivo Planet Corporation. In case of refunds, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If Vivo Planet determines that the returned product is not defective, the costs of shipping will be applied as described in #1a above.

c. Physical Damage on Arrival:

  • All of the conditions listed in point 1a above are met and:
  • The customer inspects the outside of the shipping box and immediately notifies the delivery personnel, the shipping company, and Vivo Planet Corporation in case of any physical damage to the box and related damage to its contents.
  • Physical damage is reported to Vivo Planet Corporation on the day of delivery.

2. General Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a copy of a receipt or proof of purchase to be included with your item(s) being returned.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Do not send your items without first obtaining return authorization number from Vivo Planet Corporation. Please e-mail us first to, briefly describe the issue and provide your name and telephone number where you can be reached.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be issued and a restocking fee of at least 15% may be applied.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be returned.

 3. Return Shipping

To return or exchange your product, you should send it to our service partner: Perfect Plus Marketing Corporation, 2 E. 22nd Street, STE 210, Lombard, IL 60148 unless directed otherwise via e-mail when obtaining the return authorization number.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment promptly.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your account.

If after 7 days there is no refund posted to your account, please first contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Items sold as: Open Box, Clearance, Deep Discount, or Refurbished cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective and/or damaged upon delivery; then and only then the above policy applicable to “physical damage on arrival” and/or “defective on arrival” categories applies.
